All items sold are subject to a "carry in" warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to determine that the goods or services ordered are suitable for the intended purpose.

All goods remain the property of CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS until CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS has received payment in full.

The risk of damage or destruction of the goods passes to the Customer on delivery of the goods. Any discrepancies or failures of the goods supplied on this invoice must be reported to CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS within 48 hours of dispatch by CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS failing which it is accepted that the order has been satisfactorily executed. Any correctly supplied goods that are returned within 48 hours of dispatch by CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS will attract a 15% handling fee.

After 48 hours of dispatch by CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS before returning any goods

BATTERY LIFESPAN/AUTONOMY

CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS supplies high quality products with various warranty options on their UPS and inverter range. However, battery life/autonomy times are out of our control as noted in our terms and conditions. With the number and duration of deep discharges which batteries are subject to during load shedding, battery life and backup times cannot be guaranteed. This is as a result of lack of time between load-shedding events for
batteries to fully recharge.

 

CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS is not a manufacturer of batteries but a supplier, and as such is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers and
suppliers of batteries. We have received calls regarding battery performance levels. Unfortunately, this issue is across all makes and brands of lead acid
batteries. As the severity of load shedding escalates, batteries are constantly discharging and recharging which in turn affects lifespan. The cost of running a battery-based power solution is not dissimilar to running a generator, when the fuel runs out, it requires re-filling. When
batteries experience a number of cycles, they require replacement.

Collection of any orders paid for by EFT will only be possible 24 hours after payment has been made and funds cleared in our bank.
