The risk of damage or destruction of the goods passes to the Customer on delivery of the goods. Any discrepancies or failures of the goods supplied on this invoice must be reported to CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS within 48 hours of dispatch by CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS failing which it is accepted that the order has been satisfactorily executed. Any correctly supplied goods that are returned within 48 hours of dispatch by CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS will attract a 15% handling fee.

After 48 hours of dispatch by CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from CUMHACHTACH SUPPLIERS before returning any goods
